The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation that Jitan Yadav, son of petitioner No.1, Atwari Yadav, has enticed his daughter who is still traceless. It is alleged that when the informant went to enquire about his daughter the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted him with fists and slaps. It appears that there is no allegation of kidnapping against the petitioners who are father, mother and uncles of Jitan Yadav.

No.24061 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Banka P.S.
