Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No.08 of 2016, registered under Sections 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner and his father made demand of dowry for marriage with the sister of the informant. Even after giving desired money, they have retracted and not ready for the marriage and making demand of a vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of making demand is not against the petitioner rather

No.46791 of 2017 (4) dt.29-11-2017 2 /2 the father is said to have made the demand and he has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 18.10.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.50783 of 2017. Though the allegation of making demand of vehicle is against the petitioner but his father has been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court having made demand of money during the negotiation of marriage and the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017, so the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S.
