This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 15.04.2015 passed by the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special Case No. 10 of 2014 arising out of Gogri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 by which the prayer for discharge has been dismissed.

By a detailed order the learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna has stated that prima facie it is case for framing of charge against the petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28953 of 2015(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of Bihar Vs. Ramesh Singh 1977 SCC (4) 39, this application is dismissed.
