The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.505-C of 2012 for the offences punishable under Section 498 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner no.1, Mina Devi, is mother-in-law, petitioner no.2, Sunita Devi, is Nanad (sister-in-law) and petitioner no.3, Khusi Lal Sharma is Nandoshi (brother-in-law) of the complainant.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31646 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 petitioners, namely, Mina Devi, Sunita Devi and Khusi Lal Sharma, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Complaint Case No.505-C of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
