JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw this writ application stating that the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed. This Court, vide order dated 20.04.2015 while adjourning the matter, had made it clear that though the petitioner may not be entitled for payment of all the retiral dues during the pendency of the criminal case and also departmental proceeding, but then there was no justification in not paying the petitioner the provisional pension.

Now, when the petitioner says that his grievance has
