JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No.123 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 420, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per prosecution story is that a Tractor and Trailor were seized by the police and the petitioner appeared and produced the paper of verification, the papers were found forged as the same relates to Bajaj Discover Motorcycle and of Bajaj Motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has purchased the same from one Ambika Prasad Yadav and witnesses has also stated during the investigation regarding purchase by petitioner from Ambika Prasad Yadav. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that chasis number mentioned in sale letter is

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the trial court on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
