2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 390.90 grams of Smack from the accused persons. Also, there is recovery of one country made pistol and live cartridge from them.

4. The petitioner and others were caught on the spot and it has come during investigation that accused persons used to buy the brown sugar for selling it in Bihar.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2025 and the petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
