2. On the matter being taken up, Mr. Kaushal Kr. Jha, learned counsel for the appellant is present.

3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 11.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellant was called for. In response thereto, the SHO, Phulwarisharif Police Station submitted a report dated 17.11.2025, based on information furnished by Ward member, Gram Panchayat Raj, Chilbili apprising this Court that appellant, namely, Suraj Yadav died on 23.11.2023 during the pendency of this Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by appellant stands abated.
