JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 17-02-2017 The petitioner has sought omnibus direction for maintaining law and order in the State of Bihar and protection of life and property of citizens.

We do not find that any omnibus direction can be issued in the manner claimed by the petitioner. We have no doubt that the State takes appropriate steps for maintaining of law and order and for protection of life and property as is

Patna High Court CWJC No.8848 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 permissible in law. In view thereof, we do not find any direction is warranted in the present writ application. The same is dismissed.
