The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.53 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 380, 436 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that there is case and counter case and there is no specific overt act alleged against petitioner nos.2 to 8 as also the fact that though petitioner no.1 Noor Alam Mian is alleged to have given a Farsa blow to Jamila

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35234 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Khatoon, she sustained a simple abrasion, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.53 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
