Petitioner seeks bail in Pawana P.S. Case No.43 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Dhanjee Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
