The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 671 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a case and counter case between the parties.
