The petitioner is in custody in connection with C2A Case No. 07of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 574.560 liters of liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from conscious
