2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bhadwar P.S.Case No. 09 of 2022/S.Tr.No. 386/22/177/2023.
3. The present case has been lodged on the basis of a report of the Chokidar when a dead-body was found. Subsequently, it was detected that it was the dead-body of Md.Anjar Ansari.

4. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected, vide a detailed order dated 15.05.2023 in Cr.Misc.No. 69267 of 2022.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. since 02.05.2022 and only three witnesses out of eight have been examined.
6. It appears from the report of the learned trial court as well that out of total eight charge-sheeted witnesses, three have been examined till date and five witnesses remain to be examined for which summons and bailable warrants have been issued.
7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Bhadwar P.S.Case No. 09 of 2022/ S.Tr.No. 386/2022/177/2023, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, unless
