2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of any appropriate order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to hold fair and impartial enquiry and investigation and take appropriate legal action
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.597 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/3 against accused-Respondents 2nd set in Khagaria/Chitragupta Nagar P.S. Case No. 1289/2022 registered on 24.12.2022 for the offences under Section 420, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code by this petitioner as the named accused persons under a conspiracy executed a sale deed in fraudulent manner by taking the official under illegal influence of a piece of land regarding which there has been specific order of competent authority imposing stay/ban on sale-purchase of said land since there has been a Title Suit also going on, but despite all the evident evidences the local police under illegal influence of the concerned accused persons is neither conducting fair and proper investigating of the case nor taking any legal and proper against the accused-action Respondents 2nd set, resulting the accused persons roaming free doing illegal acts and at the same time threatening this petitioner/informant to withdraw his case otherwise he shall be eliminated.
3. The State has filed a counter affidavit.
4. Paragraph nos. 6 and 7 read as follows:
'6. That it is submitted that on the basis of materials collected during course of investigation supervision note, report 2 and pending judicial proceedings a decision has been taken that a deep investigation is required on a certain points with regard to

7. That it is stated that pursuant to direction issued by Superintendent of police, Khagaria the SHO, Chitragupta Nagar Police Station Khagaria vide memo no. 183/24 dated 31.3.2024 sent detailed report to the Superintendent of police, Khagaria with regard to up-to-date status of the investigation.
5. In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if the case is not properly investigated expeditiously, he may approach the Court afresh.
