In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
In the present case, the allegation of kidnapping of the Informant for the purpose of marriage has been made against the petitioner.
The statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. reflects the involvement of one Rajesh Upadhyay.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15406 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 25.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14099 of 2017. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Buxar in connection with Dhonsoi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
