In this case provisional anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner vide order passed on 14.01.2015. By the same order notice was issued to the opposite party no.2 on the address so given on the complaint petition. Though notice was not served and again fresh notice was issued vide order passed on 8.4.2015 and again in either of the two places it is reported that opposite party no.2 was not found.

In the circumstances the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 14.01.2015 stands confirmed. This application is allowed.
