2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 299, 402, 414 IPC and Section 25(1-b)A, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the confessional statement of coaccused as he was not found at the place of occurrence.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged as well as the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31816 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 place of recovery said to be belonged to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
