ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are in custody since 24.05.2017 in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No. 142 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report of the informant, Ramjee Singh,, that his son Shailendra Kumar along with Chandan Kumar were sleeping after taking meal in front of the Dalan. At about 12 hours, Umesh Singh, his villager awakened his son on the pretext of going to see the dance along with Shivji Singh, Mahesh Singh, Ramesh Kumar. Thereafter they had gone together to see the dance. Soon thereafter the dead body of the deceased was found.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48676 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners have surfaced only on suspicion. It is further submitted that the father of the petitioner Shivji Singh has also been made accused in this case and he has been extended privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 46774 of 2017.
Considering the aforementioned facts, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No. 142 of 2017.
