2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 186/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/385/386/504/507/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. about the occurrence has been filed after four months of the occurrence. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 01.11.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Masaurhi, Patna/ concerned court in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case
