Case No.79 of 2008 referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was registered. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.896 of 2013 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Gaya. The same was dismissed on 17.9.2013. Hence, this application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
