The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 332, 333, 307, 353, 337 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that similarly circumstanced other coaccused have already been granted pre-arrest bail by the court below itself, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be
