Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1131 of 2019 dt.17-05-2019 2/3 This appeal is directed against the order dated 03.10.2018 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Ara in A.B.P. No. 1579 of 2018 in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018 corresponding to SC/ST Case No. 154 of 2018 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the S.C. and S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the dispute between the parties have been compromised as is evident from Annexures-2 and
3. The appellants have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the appellant, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twentyfive thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Ara in connection with Ara Towan P.S.
