The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.251 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, according to the seizure list, which is available on the record, one live cartridge of .315 Bore and one mobile with Sim were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal history and he is in custody since 16.05.2017. Learned counsel submits that allegations of recovery are

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Paswan be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.251 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. and subject to the further condition that one of the bailors should be family member of the petitioner.
