The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence of murder of the father of the informant. After investigation the police did not send up the petitioners and others for trial. Thereafter, on protest petition cognizance has been taken. Co-accused Vijendra Prasad has already been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16088 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-5.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Protestcum-Complaint Case No.375 of 2017, with condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
