JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The petitioner claims to have passed his Madhyama examination in second division in the year 1989 from Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Patna. For the first time in the year 2016, he made a representation that his certificate does not contain the correct name of his father, the correct date of birth and the correct name of the school from which he had appeared in the examination.

This writ application has been filed on or about 17.04.2023 for a direction to the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board to carry on the corrections.

The fact that the petitioner has maintained complete silence over those major kind of mistakes, if any, for at least 17

This writ application is dismissed.
