The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the First Information Report when the petitioner was intercepted by police he started fleeing away after stopping the vehicle in question, but he was caught on chase. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, he had taken lift on the motorcycle and he had no connection with the said motorcycle. Learned counsel submits that prior to the present case there was one case against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37268 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 in which he is on bail.

Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case whereunder the allegation against the petitioner is that of fleeing away after seeing the police party leaving the motorcycle in question , let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Chapra, District-Saran in connection with Revelganj P.S.
