2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that a report has been submitted by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020 which has been registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act, informing that for determining the age of the petitioner under Section 94 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and protection of children) Act, 2015 and conclusion of the trial, six months time is required.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he has received instruction to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application after the prescribed period as informed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Motihari at East Champaran.

4. Considering the said information and submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the bail application stands disposed of.
