2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed several representations, lastly dated 25.1.2019 (annexure 5) before respondent no.4 for redressal of grievances raised in the present writ petition.

In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs respondent no.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
