The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the husband of the petitioner while returning home slipped and was electrocuted from the metallic fencing done around the agricultural land of the petitioner which contained live wire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating material has transpired in course of investigation against him. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2020 and has no

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the the petitioner having remained in custody for 11 months, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case no. 51 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur Ara.
