2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have obtained the appointment of the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already left her job and resigned on 11.12.2023. The petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts that petitioner has already resigned the post of teacher and claims clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 533 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
