2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondent(s) to dispose off his review petition dated 18.12.2024, the copy of which is marked as Annexure-3 to the writ petition.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that on being aggrieved with the order of punishment dated 04.05.2020, whereby the petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of withholding of three increments with noncumulative effect along with censure, the petitioner has preferred appeal, which also came to be rejected vide order

Patna High Court CWJC No.6139 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 dated 29.04.2021/16.06.2021 confirming the order of punishment. Subsequent thereto, the petitioner preferred review application on 18.12.2024, which has yet not been considered and disposed off. Moreover, in the meantime, the petitioner has already superannuated from his services on 29.02.2024.

4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the concerned respondent(s) to consider the review application of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 and bring it to its logical conclusion in accordance with law, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order (Harish Kumar, J) rohit/- U
