This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Code') is directed against the order dated 22.04.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khagaria in Sessions Trial No. 409 of 2014 arising out of Khagaria P.S.Case No. 558 of 2013, whereby the application of the petitioner filed under section 227 of the Code for discharge has been rejected. The petitioner is one of the named accused in the FIR. There is direct and specific allegation against him in the written report submitted by the informant of the case. The prosecution case has duly been corroborated by the witnesses in course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29915 of 2015 dt.09-07-2015 2/2 investigation. Considering the materials available on record, the court below has rejected the application filed under section 227 of the Code.

I have perused the materials available on record. In my opinion, there is no illegality in the impugned order dated 22.04.2015. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
