Petitioner filed this petition for modification of order dated 03.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 24081/2014. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on his undertaking to keep his wife and also pay a sum of Rs. 1,200/- per month for interim maintenance to his wife, but the petitioner filed this petition for modification that he is not ready to keep his wife but he is ready to pay maintenance to her. From perusal of the order dated 03.11.2014 itself, it appears that on the undertaking of the petitioner that he is ready to keep his wife and also ready to pay interim maintenance to her, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, therefore, I do not find any reason to modify the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19209 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 order aforesaid. Accordingly, the petition for modification is dismissed.
