Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 for the State is present. Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider his case for appointment on compassionate ground.

From the statements present in the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent authorities as and when desired by them and he has submitted all the attested copies of the documents on 02.11.2022. He has submitted even the original documents to the respondent authorities on 08.12.2022 which has been received by one Sudhakar Kumar but despite all these formalities having been completed by the petitioner, the

Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 for the State submits that the respondent authorities are in seisin of the matter and very soon appropriate decision as regards appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground shall be communicated to him.

In the given facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondent no. 2 to 4 to expedite the process of completion of formalities towards appointment of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision as regards his appointment on compassionate ground within a period of two months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
