The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No.504 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant, A.S.I. of Paroo P.S., got secret inputs that Sumant Singh(the petitioner) has kept liquor in his house and the same was being sold. The police raided the house and 66 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and in fact he has committed no offence. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery was made from a hut which is situated outside the house of the petitioner but it

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
