2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. Initially, in the case diary, nothing has come in favour of the petitioner but after one and a half months, three independent witnesses have surfaced who are saying that the deceased has committed suicide.

5. It appears that the police these days is bringing independent witnesses after few months of the occurrence for the obvious reason. This Court cannot believe those so called

6. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

9. The S.H.O. of Mohanpur Police Station and the I.O. of the case has appeared. They are warned that if in future they will act in such a manner, appropriate action shall be recommended to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
