The petitioner has moved the Court seeking a direction to the respondent no. 4 to pass appropriate order in Complaint Case No. 106 of 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has yet not been passed for which he has moved the Court. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the case be disposed off with direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to finally decide Complaint Case No. 106 of 2005, pending before it, expeditiously and in any case within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order before it, if already not so done.
