JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Town) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The case of the informant is that while he was constructing boundary wall near his godown, the accused persons including the petitioner arrived there and started firing from their guns.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has received any injury, petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely roped in on account of land dispute. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37794 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Town) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2016.
