The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura Complaint Case No.485 c of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner files supplementary affidavit, which is on record. In supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remarried with another lady. He further submits that the opposite party no.2 has also re-married with one Ranjeet Ram. The

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No.485c of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
