The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chousa P.S. case No. 347/2019 registered under Section 341, 323, 312, 313, 379, 498A, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and u/s 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant named the petitioners and alleged that petitioners, her husband and other in-laws subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non fulfillment of demand of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15360 of 2020(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 dowry and her husband confined her in a room and assaulted her in her abdomen for being miscarriage of foetus. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the marriage was solemnized in the year 2014. The petitioners are married sister-in-laws of the informant and they have no concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are married sister-in-laws of the informant, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S. case No. 347/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
