Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jugbani P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 27 (b) (ii) 28 read with Section 36 of Drugs & Cosmetic Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of cough syrup which is allegedly used as a substitute for liquor and certain tablets.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.5.2018.

From para-3 it appears that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

No.37728 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Session cum Spl.
