That this writ application is being issuance of a writ in this nature of "Certiarari" quashing the order dated 10.01.2024 Passed by the collectorcum-District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Aganwari Appeal No. 53/2016 whereby and whereunder he has pleased to reject the appeal of the petitioner and affirmed the order dated 27.07.2016 passed by the District Programme Officer ICDS, East Champran, Motihari in Case No.- 15/2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4052 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 1(A). For issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding and directing the respondents authorities to cancel the selection of respondent No.- 5 and appoint the petitioner on the post of Aganwari Seveka in Sirauna Panchyat, Ward No.- 11 as she has the bonafide candidature."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
