2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Akodhigola P.S. Case No. 396 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 08.10.2025 by the informant Diwakar Kumar.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that accused persons were creating obstacle and later, one of them pointed out knife and took gold chain worth a Lakh. As he recognized some of the accused, the informant was given belt treatment. This led to the F.I.R..

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case and only to save his skin, the present F.I.R. has been lodged.
5. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the prayer submitting that not only he has criminal antecedent, after he recognized the petitioner, was assaulted.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the nature of allegation, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.
