The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28206 of 2022 by extending the time for further two weeks for surrender before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner namely Narendra Yadav after filing of Cr. Misc. No. 28206 of 2022 he went outside of the State for earning his livelihood and hence the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period in terms of order dated 01.11.2022.

For the reasons stated, the time for surrender and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20045 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 01.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28206 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from today with respect to petitioner namely Narendra Yadav.
