Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sonepur PS Case No.121 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants relieved the informant, the truck driver, of his two mobiles and after tying him around a tree escaped away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any of the looted mobiles from possession of the petitioner, even not put on TIP and now investigation has been completed.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Aftab Alam is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36246 of 2018(2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur PS Case No.121 of 2018.
