Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a),36,41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR relating to recovery of liquor from a container. Driver and Khalasi of the vehicle were apprehended at the spot and they disclose name of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2021. Petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent.

Considering entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so

No.26783 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kuchaikote Police Station Case No.407 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
