The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 9639 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

150 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from near the government toilet.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession or premises of this petitioner. Petitioner has got nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Co-accused has already been granted bail by this court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16412 of 2022(2) dt.30-09-2022 2/2 Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
