JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/511 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant was sleeping with her daughter Ragani Kumari, aged 13 years when the petitioner attempted to establish forceful physical relationship with the daughter of the informant.

From the impugned order, it appears that that not only the witnesses have supported the accusation but the injury report also corroborates the accusation.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31005 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 525 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
