This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Angarghat P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 304b, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the First Information Report, it transpires that there is allegation of demand of dowry. The deceased died in unnatural circumstance.

Considering the seriousness of the offence, I do not consider it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be

considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present anticipatory bail application by this Court. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
